Want to experience the world-famous Tube Chute? Guests may walk or take a shuttle to the Tube Chute entrance, float the Comal River for a couple of hours, then private exit to your condo! If you’d like to experience a shorter float, then simply jump in the river and enjoy an approximate 40-minute float to the last public exit. Then it is only about a 5-minute walk back to your condo.

The Inverness at New Braunfels has a large deck that overlooks the scenic private river park on the banks of the Comal River with amenities that include an easy private entrance into the river, a private pool, and 4 grilling stations with picnic tables. Rockin’ R is a local tube outfitter which can pick up 2 lots down from Inverness. Several other companies will also pick you up across the street.
