Spend your afternoons on the spacious porch with roll down solar shades and let your cares float away. Take an easy walk down to the water for a dip. You can also tie up a boat or tubes to the trees on the water's edge. This home/cottage combo is ideal for family gathering or any group looking to have a wonderful time on the picturesque shores. The big house can accommodate 10 guests. The cottage can accommodate 6 guests. Together, this property is going to sleep 16 people. Sleeping accommodations for 16, bring an air mattress for 2 more guests. No parties allowed, this is a residential area. This home has a maximum occupancy of 16 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. You are allowed 10 vehicles max.
The main house has a cozy living room where you will be greeted with stunning views of the lake. It is a great place to relax after a long day on the water! The open dining room and kitchen also offer another opportunity to soak in the scenery! There is a second dining space as well with a full size sofa sleeper (best for the little ones). In the second dining space the owners have added a Galaga arcade game. Right off the kitchen there is a 'mud room' with a washer and dryer, as well as a full bathroom. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, including the master bedroom with a King size bed and an en suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. A private balcony, off the master suite, is perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while taking in the magnificent sites. The second bedroom has a modern Queen size water bed and a twin size bed as well. The third bedroom has a full size bed and a twin size bed. There is a guest bathroom located conveniently to the second and third bedroom. All bedrooms have a lake view. The charming cottage next door is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom with all 3 queen beds located in the upstairs loft. The cozy kitchen and living room offer a nice spot to relax, and the bathroom is located conveniently downstairs. The owners had added an arcade gaming system (asteroids/ centipede) for everyone's enjoyment!
This rental is perfect for groups that are wanting to get away from the rowdy crowds as it is in a residential area. You can relax at the lake while still being close to great tubing excursions and other area attractions! This home can accommodate 16 guests. There are beds for 16 guests, however you are welcome to bring air mattresses for 2 additional guests max. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed.
This house/cottage combo is a 10 minute drive to tube the Guadalupe River at Sattler and 15-20 away from Historic Gruene, the famous Gristmill restaurant and Schlitterbahn water park. If you're looking for a good tube outfitter, check out Shanty Tubes which is only about 7 miles from the house! Cranes Mill Marina is located only 8.6 miles from the house. No pets allowed. This home includes accidental damage protection up to $3000. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This is a great property on an ideal setting. Everything was well stocked and very clean. The management company was great to work with as well. The separate guest house was ideal for the 4 teens, while allowing our 6 adults plenty of space in the main house. Highly recommend staying here. There is nice access to the lake and the water felt great.

Great Location

Saw multiple deer throughout our stay. Even some rather healthy bucks. Got to feed one of the deer right out of our hands.
Very nice view and location. We were able to keep our boat in the water all weekend but it needs to be anchored firmly as there are waves from boat traffic. Even if you don't have a boat, you can swim all day at the beachfront. We even set up a tent with chairs and brought down food and beverages.
Family of 11 had a great stay. I wouldn't recommend any more than 11 persons though. We almost invited another family and glad we did not as we would not have had the space. House could use some updates. However, it had everything we needed especially cookware and utensils. Bring your own ice as the refrigerators do not produce ice.
Air Conditioning worked GREAT! Very glad about that since temps were over 100 all weekend.
We loved that the kids could sleep in the guest house while adults stayed in the main house. That's a great feature.

Amazing trip

We had a very large family group, and there was more than enough room for everyone, even thinking about being on another sibling and their kids next year. The management team was very helpful and responsive to all questions before the trip. Overall we couldn’t have had a better time, there was not a single complaint among 7 adults and 6 kids. The house was more than accommodating for everyone.

Beautiful escape!
Despite having the wrong door code upon arrival, this property was 100 percent all we needed in a weekend getaway. The home was fantastic. The water access was great for adults as well as our young ones (2 year old and up). We definitely will make the effort to revisit this specific property again in the future. We’ve already recommended it to several friends.

The property was very home like, it felt very close to being at my families house when me and my friends stayed there! there were enough beds for everyone to lie in. No one stayed on a couch at all! i absolutely enjoyed out stay! i will definitely be back.

Amazing location on Canyon Lake

Awesome house & cottage on crystal clear Canyon Lake. Had a party of 18 within the 2 that slept comfortably just 100 ft or so up from the lake. The view was unbelievable. About a 15 min drive to float the river. Will definitely be back.

Our men's group rented this place for a retreat and were really please with the accommodations. The house is gated so there is plenty of privacy and quite. Lots of hiking nearby also.
