Old Mill Resort is the perfect place to stay whether a romantic getaway, family outing or just the peaceful setting to relax and reconnect with friends. Take a dip in the pool or relax in the shade under the pavilion. Our luxurious 1700 square foot fully furnished condo is conveniently located 1/3 mile from Historic Gruene and Rockin R Tube Rentals. Less than 2 miles to the Comal River Tube Chute, Schlitterbahn and 3 miles to downtown New Braunfels. Take in the live music, dancing, great food, shopping and antique shops during your stay.

This fabulous fully furnished beautifully decorated 3-bedroom condo is on the 2nd floor with all the amenities a doting traveler would expect! The spacious living room has a large flat screen Smart TV that is equipped with cable as well as a brand new queen sofa sleeper. The brand new dining table has 4 chairs and a bench. There are 2 master suites with king size beds. The 3rd bedroom is an upstairs loft with queen bed. All 3 bedrooms have cable, Smart TV and private en suite bathroom with deep soaking tub/shower combo. Premium linens and hotel size bathroom amenities provided. Fully equipped kitchen with both standard drip coffee maker and Keurig coffee maker, washer and dryer for convenience. 2 communal charcoal grills (charcoal not provided). Comfortable seating in the living room with a queen sofa sleeper cable, Smart TV and Wi-Fi. The pool is open from 9 AM - 9 PM.
You’ll want to spend your afternoons tubing, rafting, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, swimming or simply relaxing

Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. 2 vehicles allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor are of this complex is monitored by video camera. This rental includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.

Family Getaway

We had a wonderful week! The condo was perfect for our needs. Being close to so many attractions was priceless. We even drove to San Antonio to tour the Alamo and Riverwalk. Took in the Texas State football game on Tuesday night.

Nice property convenient to Gruene

The property was as advertised. It was spacious and clean. Very convenient to Gruene and the activities there. The kitchen has only bare essentials; for example, no toaster oven. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Great place too stay

We had a great time place was clean, it needs some more pots and pans but it was adequate for cooking. The place is very nice and clean didn’t have any issues with checkin or checkout no stress about the place at all.

Lovely home

Our large family could not have been happier with our amazing stay. The only negative was "no "clothes hangers" and because we were in town for a wedding, we had lots of dressed and suits to hang up. But other than that, the place was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again

New Braunfels Escapes

We stayed there for two nights during NYE .. There were 3 couples. The condo had everything we needed, but no kleenix. It is very clean. It is advertised as being close enough to walk to Gruene. It reallly isn’t‘t walkable as there are no sidewalks, and at night, it could be dangerous, especially on NYE.
Thank you for the feedback, we are sorry you felt if the condo was not walkable to Gruene, many of our guests do enjoy that the complex is within walking distance especially during the busy season when parking is crazy. Comfortable for 3 Couples

We were all happy with this rental and would definitely stay here again. As far as location/walking distance, I would not recommend walking to Gruene Hall, the path is not safe and has quite a hill. I would not change anything, except taking my own pillows. The ones provided are quite huge! The guys were happy tho 🙂

Great place to stay!

Had a family reunion vacation here. It was great. Having a private bathroom for each bedroom is really nice. We had 7 condos rented out for our whole group. It was easy to visit with everyone because we were close by. Pool was beautiful and big. The location is great! We tubed in Greune and went to Greune Hall, Gristmill and Greune River Grill. The local shops were nice. We also visited Natural Bridge Caverns, San Antonio, and San Marcos. All were around 30 minutes away. The condo itself is beautiful and well maintained. Absolutely no complaints! I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Amazing Stay!

We stayed stayed at the Old Mills Resort OM A6 for a girls weekend with 7 guests and had an AMAZING time! The property was very clean and spacious, with plenty of room for all of us! The communication throughout the process made check-in and check-out seamless and easy. The pool area was perfect and never crowded! We floated the Guadalupe, attended a concert at Gruene Hall, shopped in Gruene and went to several restaurants, all of which was no further than a 4 minute drive. I would highly recommend this property; we can’t wait to come back!

Great getaway place

Met friends and family, 6 adults/2 kids, and this was an excellent option - very roomy and great having 3 bathrooms. It wasn't exactly walking distance to the Gruene shops/restaurants, but it was a short drive. Had some communication issues with part of the amenities, but once the right person got the message it was handled immediately. It had a nice pool, which we enjoyed, too.

Great stay in Gruene

We would stay here again. This worked perfect for our family for the long weekend. Each bedroom has it's own bath which is nice. Place was super clean and great location to walk to Gruene and quick drive to my mom's house in New Braunfels. Parking was easy too.
