Enjoy this fabulous newly built ground floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located on a scenic stretch of the Guadalupe River with breathtaking views! This first floor condo has a great patio with a propane Weber BBQ Grill. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening while enjoying the river and our beautiful canyon view. With direct river access you’ll want to spend your afternoons tubing, rafting, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, swimming or simply relaxing in a chair in the water watching tubers go by. If you do not bring your own tubes, Rio Guadalupe Resort will shuttle you wherever you would like to go. Rio Guadalupe Resort is located right next door for tube rental and shuttle service. You can also take a dip in our brand new pool. There is something to do for everyone. This complex has covered parking for one vehicle and an elevator.

Our condo is not just a rental, it is our home away from home. It comes fully furnished with TVs in the both bedrooms and in the living room, WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen including toaster, blender, coffee maker, and more. The master bedroom has a King sized bed with premium sheets and bedding and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two Queen size beds. Guest bathroom is conveniently located near the living room and second bedroom. High quality linens are provided for all beds and bathrooms. The condo sleeps six comfortably. This condo is on the first floor with great views of the Guadalupe River.

Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This condo comes with 2 parking passes and 6 wristbands. If you have more than 2 vehicles there is additional parking less than 1 mile away. No trailers, campers or RV's allowed. No portable grills or open flames. No smoking inside the condo or on the patio . No pets allowed. Family friendly condo with no tolerance for profanity or vulgar music. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed.

**WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. We are not allowed to give you more parking passes, if you have more than 2 vehicles there is additional parking less than 1 mile away. WORD permit #L1364

Wonderful 4 days

Location was great. Unit clean. We stayed Saturday till Tuesday. It was really nice when most of the condos were not rented on Sunday or Monday. It was like we had the entire complex to ourselves!

The bad: The unit does have a strong unusual smell that hits you hard when you enter. Real hard! There were absolutely no cooking supplies in kitchen. Usually, there is a small amount of foil or Ziploc bags or even salt and pepper that the units usually have. (My 3rd time to stay at this complex) I’m not in the habit of packing foil or Ziploc bags. Plus, there were only 2 keurig pods for coffee for a 3 night stay.

Anything extra needed would need to be brought by our guests as it is a safety concern. We apologize if there was miscommunication. Great family weekend getaway

We had a great long weekend stay. The rental was very well appointed, the kitchen was thoughtfully stocked for cooking. We also appreciated the extra outdoor chairs and the little nets for kids. It is clearly a loved rental and great for families with kids. The view out the patio was amazing. We had a great stay and can’t wait to return.

Perfect Family Getaway

Besides being beautiful and comfortable, this was a perfect place for a large family get together. We had 3 condos side by side and could easily go from one to another. The kids played in the spacious area and river. We will definitely be staying there again.

We love staying at the Rio Refuge RG 105. Very clean, beds are comfortable and stocked with everything needed for a great time! Only have one complaint. We would like to lower the air to 68 at night, 70 is too warm.

Amazing River Escape!

This condo has it all for your relaxing river vacation! Beautifully decorated....nice and clean, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! You can access the river right in front of the condo...or walk next door if you want to go tubing (shuttle service available). One evening we drove into Gruene and had a wonderful dinner at Gristmill. Loved all the neat shops in downtown Gruene, so even stopped by on our way home. Great location...would definitely recommend to anyone looking for fun and relaxing trip to the river!

Annual Girl’s Trip Miranda Lambert Concert 2021

We loved the location of condos and having direct access to float the river from our unit. The views were great, very relaxing atmosphere, the condo is very spacious, clean, nicely decorated with a very cozy feel to it, equipped with most everything you need. The unit could use the simple seasoning like salt & pepper, sweet & low packets items normally provided in most rentals I’ve stayed in. They provided tubes for floating and pump, which was great however the bottoms were ripped out and needed replacing. Also, no lighter for starting the grill. The security is great, very friendly and always checking on us. I’ve noticed others complain about the security being around so much, but it was nice because there’s other camp sites nearby anyone could walk off the water up to the condos. I think it was an added plus to have him keeping an eye out. Just a few things, but over all it’s a great unit and I would recommend. Definitely plan to stay again.

Great river access and close to the Horseshoe

The condo was a great layout for our family and was just as described in the listing. It is a smidge annoying having to wear a wristband for the duration of your stay but not a big deal. Having to pick up the wristbands and parking passes 30 min from the property is not ideal. Nevertheless, we would stay here again!

Fantastic Getaway Spot

We enjoyed our family hill country getaway. The condo is updated, clean, and decorated nicely. It was wonderful to walk right out the door and head down to the water to float...not crowded in the water at all. A/C issues on day 2 after hours were resolved immediately. We can't wait to come back!

Rio Refuge - Winter Texan 2 Month Stay

Coming from Canada, this was our Winter Texan home (Feb/Mar) this year. This unit is on the ground level floor and the patio over looks the river. It was relaxing. The condo was very comfortable and the surroundings excellent. The only regret was we had to shorten our stay by 10 days because of COVID-19 pandemic. Otherwise we enjoyed our time there.

Fabulous Rio Guadalupe Condos

This was just a quick get away for us. Coming in from Austin but it was a great weekend. This unit is on the bottom floor and the back patio over looks the river. It was so relaxing. The water was beautiful and cool. I even got to try some fly fishing in the early mornings. The condo is very comfortable and the surroundings safe. Plenty of good places to eat around the area but we mostly stayed in. My only regret is we did not book an extra night! Thanks

Perfect Escape From Austin

My wife and I needed to get away from Austin for the weekend, and this place is conveniently located less than an hour away. When sitting on the patio facing outward, a beautiful green yard slopes downward to the Guadalupe River. Huge trees keep you cool in the shade. The unit itself is very nicely decorated and extremely clean. The check-in process was very smooth, and having key-code locks on the gate and door means you don't have to worry with keys (a nice convenience.) And lastly, it's very nice and convenient to have Gruene just 10 minutes down the road. Gruene Hall, the Gristmill, the River Haus, etc. are all a lot of fun. We'll definitely return to "Rio Refuge 105!"
