Waterwheel Condominiums are within walking distance to downtown New Braunfels, Schlitterbahn and only 3 miles to historic Gruene. This beautiful 2/2 condo is fully furnished with everything you need to have a relaxing vacation! The master bedroom has a king size bed, a twin size bed and a twin size trundle bed with a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a guest bathroom conveniently located right next to it. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room. High quality linens are provided for all beds and bathrooms.

Rockin' R River Rides is only .7 miles away. The complex has 2 pools, 4 hot tubs, charcoal grills and a large open space of green grass and shady trees. It's a perfect place for a picnic! This condo is on the second floor and does have an elevator. This condo provides 2 parking spaces. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed. No smoking. You will receive 2 parking passes and 6 wristbands (max amount allowed). This condo has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.

**WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. Please do not be offended by the wristband and parking pass policies, they are really there to ensure that you have a fabulous time!

Great place, comfortable bed

My husband and I had a wonderful visit at NB and this condo. It was very clean and well kept. There are nice shutters on the windows to keep the heat out and the bed was so comfortable! We enjoyed the Texas theme- it made us want to go out and enjoy the towns. We went wine tasting, whiskey tasting, shopping downtown in the unique shops and antique shopping. Then we ate fantastic German food at the Alpine Haus, Krause’s and Naegelins Bakery. We planned to tube the river, but ran out of time. We were celebrating our 33rd Anniversary and hadn’t been in NB for 15 years. We will be back soon and I will gladly rent through Vacation Rentals. It was very easy and everyone we talked to we very nice and quick to reply. ��

A great winter get away.

This is my second winter in the Nut House condo and once again it did not disappoint. The condo is clean, well appointed and beautifully situated. The balcony is very private with a view of the large green grounds facing the river where deer can be seen daily. New Braunfels Escapes is a great rental agency to deal with. Very professional and quick to respond to any issues you may have. However, over my three month stay there was only reason to contact them twice. I have booked this condo again for next winter. It’s like my home away from home.

A Wonderful Place to Stay

I am a winter Texan from Canada. I rented this unit for three months and I loved it. It was very clean, well equipped, comfortable and very well appointed. If you are referring to tube rental on premise at the complex there isn't any but we would have been happy to recommend one nearby. Nut House Get Away

Such a great area and right on the river. We all really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back, the condo was exteemely clean and spacious and we were more than satisfied with the accommodations. The kitchen was a hit with us as they like to cook. The pools are small and can fill up quick but we weren't there for the pools. It will be even nicer when the property next door is finished as the construction is an eyesore and quite loud early in the morning.

Relaxing Getaway

This condo was really nice, comfortable and well furnished, the list of restaurant favorites was a nice touch and we enjoyed the Fork and Spoon very much.
We had a family of 5 and there was so much room for all of us:) The only disappointment was the management of the pool at night. Many people without wrist bands, heavy drinking for people in the hot tub and overly large floating devises that did not belong in a pool of that size. The three floating devises took up the whole pool.

I'm so happy to hear you and your family had a great time! There are so many amazing places to eat here in New Braunfels, I'm glad you were able to find a favorite! I'm so sorry about the rowdy group at the pool. I will definitely speak with the HOA of the complex that hires the security and let them know that they need to be more diligent. Great Stay

Easy check in and the condo was perfect for our group. We drove to Gruene which is a short drive and had an awesome time there. Overall great weekend trip but one word of advice if your used to floating the Guadalupe. The float company that picks you up did not take you very far up river road and we were disappointed. We’re used to floating through the camp sites etc and the chute but that didn’t happen even though we picked the longest float time.

We have stayed in I 203 the past 6 winters and like it very much. It is spacious and comfortable. Kitchen and bath are well-equipped. We enjoy New Braunfels with its many good restaurants and especially Gruene Dancehall. Also good golf courses and Fiesta Bowling Lanes. See you next year.

Viator's Review of Waterwheel Condo

Our vacation rental experience was excellent. We could not have had a better time. The condo was clean and very spacious. I traveled with my wife and 5 children and we had plenty of room. The location was awesome being close to Schlitterbaun and Landa Falls Tubing as well as near restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the pool on one afternoon as well the use of the BBQ grill on the grounds. Everything was wonderful and we plan to stay at same condo in the future !!!
